On Monday, June 13, 2022, Glen Hayes Michael Colbert of Landover, MD passed away after a brief illness. Left to cherish his memories are his children Glen Michael Colbert Sr. and Shantasia Monet Mitchell; mother, Mary LaVerne John (Wendell); grandchildren, Glen Michael Colbert Jr. and Skylynn Ophelia Colbert; and sister, Sharon A. Alston. He was preceded in death by his father, Glen Hayes Colbert; grandmothers, Mary Agnes Harley, Martha Lambert; grandfathers, James Harley, James Lambert and Ernest Colbert; niece, Sheritta A. Tucker. He also leaves to mourn a host of aunts, uncles, nephews, cousins and special friends.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, June 28 at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, 2020 St. Joseph's Drive, Upper Marlboro from 10:00 am - 11:00 am and promptly following will be a Mass of Christian Burial from 11:00 am - 12:00 noon. Interment at Resurrection Cemetery, 8000 Woodyard Road, Clinton, Maryland 20735.
