Loving brother of Linda Chapman and William Fletcher; He was preceded in death by his parents, Cora and Hyland Fletcher Sr., and three brothers, Hyland Jr., Charles, and James Fletcher. Also survived by two sisters-in-law, a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Family will receive friends on Tuesday, September 6 at J.B. Jenkins Funeral Home, 7474 Landover Rd. Landover MD from 9:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. time of service. Interment will follow at National Harmony Memorial Park. Arrangements by J.B. JENKINS. Online condolences may be made at www.jbjfh.com
