In Honor of a Life Well Lived....
Mr. Michael E. Willett was born on March 1st, 1962 to the late Robert Willett and Mother Jessie Willett in Morganfield, Kentucky. He departed for his heavenly home on May 24th, 2022.
Michael graduated from Ballou High School in 1980 and entered the Navy right out of school. He served honorably and came back to the DMV where he went to school and had a successful career as a technician. He worked for major corporations like ADT, Verizon and Direct TV.
Michael meet and married Natasha Guice in 1996 and they moved to Columbia, S.C. with their two beautiful children, Mykeia and Myles. They made S.C. their home for years before Mike relocated back to the DMV.
Everyone who knows my brother, knows he loved to have a good time, hanging with friends, playing cards and watching sports! The Dallas Cowboys was his favorite team, he was a true fan! He also loved basketball and the Georgetown Hoyas was his favorite! Michael loved to cook and was very good; his favorite was barbequing!
Near the end, Michael had health challenges but was a fighter and never gave up! He was preceded in death by his wife Natasha Willett, Father, Robert E. Willett, Brother, Robert A. Willett and granddaughter Destanee Lyles. He leaves to cherish his memory; his Mother Jessie, daughters Akeia and Mykeia, Sons Michael and Myles and Sister Teresa. Nine grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and others.
