Celebrating the life and legacy of Norman Bernard Clements

Norman was born April 14,1950 to the late Shirley Guy James and Milton Clements. He was a native Washingtonian and went to DC. public schools. Norman wanted to further his education and went to the University of the District of Columbia. He later joined law enforcement and became a Metropolitan Police Officer. Norman was also a Mason, (Brotherhood of Man under the Fatherhood of God). He was a straight shooter, no nonsense type of person who always speaks his mind. You either liked or not. There were no in between. Norman had a big heart if you took the time to know him and he loved and adored the 23rd Psalm. He leaves to cherish his wife Diane Chase Clements. His brothers Clarence Parker and Derald James (Tammie) his sister Janet Clements and stepdaughter Joycelyn Brown and Grandson preceded in death Corey Boyd and (5 great grandchildren) and a host of nieces and nephews' family and friends.
