Beloved sister, mother, grandmother and great grandmother, Willa Mae Smith affectionately known as Sis departed from us on March 24, 2022. Born November 18, 1942 in South Carolina, her parents and siblings moved to the District of Columbia when she was a teenager. She received her diploma from the District of Columbia Public School System and then was employed by the Federal Government until her retirement in 1997.
She is survived by her son, William, 3 grandchildren Jada, William Jr., and Paige and great-grandson Aiden James.
